T20I cricket is a recent evolution in the existing format of cricket, and its origin can be traced back to 2003 when England and Wales Cricket Board introduced it. T20I is limited to a maximum of 20 overs that involves two teams, each with a single inning. Almost all the cricketing nations around the globe play it. T20I cricket is supposed to have resulted in a more volatile form of cricket as it demands a high level of fitness, speed, and strength from the players in the team. Bermuda Cricket Team played its first T20I match on 3 August 2008 against Scotland at the Civil Service Cricket Club.
