One Day International matches unfolded through the 1970s and are currently the most-watched format of cricket. Kenya played its first ODI match on 18 February 1996 against India at Barabati Stadium in Kolkata. They registered their first win in an ODI against West Indies in a group stage match at Pune. Scoring a duck is not pleasant both for the audience and the player himself. It is an unfortunate experience for a batter to get out without scoring a single run and drops the player's confidence in himself. The batter feels embarrassed by not scoring even a single run in the team's total.
