UAE's squad was operated by the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB). In 1989, UAE became an Affiliate Member of the ICC and an Associate Member of the ICC in the following year. UAE national cricket team is one of the emerging One Day International (ODI) cricket teams, the UAE's squad won the ACC Trophy in four consecutive tournaments from 2000 to 2006. They were runners-up in the other three times during the tournament in 1996, 1998, and 2008. 10. Swapnil Patil

Swapnil Patil was born on 15 April 1985; he is of Indian origin but plays for an Emirati cricket team. Swapnil is a right-handed wicket-keeper batsman in UAE's squad. Swapnil played for the United Arab Emirates in the Cricket World Cup Qualifier tournament of 2014. He gave his first appearance in an ODI in New Zealand against Scotland at Bert Sutcliffe Oval in Lincoln.

9. Ghulam Shabber

Ghulam was born on 12 December 1985; he is an Emirati former cricket player. Ghulam made his debut in List A matches for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team in their series of three matches against Oman in 2016.

8. Ashfaq Ahmad

Ashfaq gave his first appearance in List A matches for the UAE's squad against Nepal in the ICC World Cricket League Championship in 2017. Ashfaq gave his first appearance in T20I in 2018 for the Emirates in a one-off match against Australia.

Amjad plays for the United Arab Emirates and is a former Emirati cricket player. Amjad is an all-rounder, Right-handed batsman, and right-arm medium bowler in the United Arab Emirates cricket team. Amjad is one of the few cricket players for UAE who can play in the Asia Cup.

6. Mohammad Shahzad

Mohammad Shahzad was born on15 August 1979; he was born in Pakistan but played for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. Shahzad made his debut in One Day International (ODI) matches for the United Arab Emirates against Afghanistan in the ACC Premier League in 2014.

Chirag Suri was born on 18 February 1995; he is an Indian-born Emirati cricket player. In 2021, Chirag was given the vice-captaincy of the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. 4. Rameez Shahzad

Shahzad is a right-handed batsman and off-spin bowler in the United Arab Emirates squad. Rameez played three first-class cricket matches in UAE's squad. Rameez Shahzad gave his first appearance in the One Day International (ODI) match in the ICC World Cricket League Championship of 2015-17 against Scotland.

3. Rohan Mustafa

Rohan Mustafa is a left-handed batsman and bowls right-arm off-spin in the United Arab Emirates cricket squad. At the Asia Cup Qualifier of 2016, Rohan made 77 runs in just 50 balls in the opening match against Afghanistan; he started the opening batting with Muhammad Kaleem. This set a new record for the highest score by any UAE cricketer in a Twenty20 International match.

2. Muhammad Usman

In September 2019, Usman was selected in the United Arab Emirates national cricket team for the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier tournament of 2019 in the UAE. Usman was the leading hard-hitting batsman for the UAE in the tournament, with 192 runs in eight cricket matches.

1. Shaiman Anwar

Shaiman Anwar was registered in the United Arab Emirates national cricket team for the World Cup of 2015, and in the team's opening fixture, against Zimbabwe, he made 67 runs in just 50 balls. In the next match, against Ireland, Anwar stroke 106 runs in 83 balls and become the second cricket player from UAE's squad to hit a century in an ODI.
