The fame of one-day international matches after the beginning of the ODI World Cup is known to all. Therefore many great players have played this format and scored a lot of runs. This form is currently dominating modern-day cricket. High-scoring matches with good averages are the marker of this format. The Australian Women's Cricket Team played its first ODI match in 1973 against England. Women's ODI cricket is a limited-overs form of women's cricket in which the tournaments have games scheduled for 50 overs each.

1. Belinda Clark

Belinda Jane Clark is a former right-hand batter and right-arm off-breaker in the Australian women's cricket team. The player holds the record of the first double century in ODI cricket, in both men's and women's cricket, and was the captain of the Australian world cup team in 1997. The batter has played 118 games and has scored 4844 runs in 114 innings. She holds a monumental average of 47.49 and included five centuries. She retired in 2005 after the Ashes Series.

2. Karen Rolton

Karen Louise Rolton is a former left-hand batsman and left-arm medium bowler. She Replaced Belinda Clark as the captain of the team in February 2006. Rolton has played 141 games, scored whopping 4814 runs in 132 innings, and her average was 48.14. She retired in 2010 after playing 141 one-day internationals and remains Australia's leading run-scorer in Tests.

3. Meg Lanning

Meghann Moira Lanning is a top-order right-hand batter and right-arm medium bowler in the Australian women's cricket team. Nicknamed "the Megastar" in 2006, she became the first girl to play first XI cricket for a Public Schools team. The batter has played 88 games, scored 3984 runs in 88 innings with an average of 53.12. The player has smashed 14 centuries and 16 half-centuries till now.

4. Alex Blackwell

Alexandra Joy Blackwell is a former right-hand batter and right-arm medium bowler. She was an all-rounder, who batted in the middle-order in the Australian Women's Cricket team and made her ODI debut in 2003 against England. J. Blackwell has played 144 games and has scored 3492 runs in 124 innings with an average of 36.

5. Ellyse Perry

Ellyse Alexandra Perry is the youngest Australian player ever to play international cricket who made her ODI debut in July 2007 against New Zealand. She is a right-hand batter and right-arm fast bowler in the Australian Women's Cricket Team. The batter has played 118 games, scored 3135 runs in 94 innings. Her average is 50.56, and she has smashed two centuries.

6. Lisa Sthalekar

Lisa CarpriniSthalekar is a former right-hand batter and right arm off-break who played for the Australian cricket team. She won the title of Women's International Cricketer of the Year for Australia in February 2007. The batter has played 125 games and scored 2728 runs in 111 innings with an average of 30.65.

7. Lisa Keightley

Lisa Maree Keightley is a former top-order, right-hand batter, and right-arm medium pacer who played for the Australian cricket team. She has played 82 matches and has scored 2630 runs in 78 innings with an average of 39.84. Keightley retired in 2005 after the Ashes Series. In 2007 she became the first woman-appointed coach of the national team.

8. Shelley Nitschke

Shelley Nitschke is a left-hand batter and slow left-arm orthodox bowler who made her ODI debut in the Australian cricket team in 2005. Nitschke is a dark blonde spinner who became the leading wicket-taker in the World Cup campaign. She played 80 games and scored 2047 in 69 innings with an average of 34.11. She has smashed one century and 14 half-centuries in her career.

9. Rachael Haynes

Rachael Loise Haynes is a left-arm batter and left-arm medium bowler who has been playing in the Australian cricket team for the last decade. She is a top-order batter who plays in almost three formats. The batter has played 65 matches scoring 2043 runs in 59 innings with an average of 37.83. She has smashed one century and 16 half-centuries in her cricket career till now.

10. Alyssa Healy

Alyssa Jean Healy is a right-hand batter and a wicket-keeper in the Australian cricket team. She is one of the deadliest batters in the world. The batter has played 82 matches and scored 2039 runs in 71 innings. Her average is 33.98, and has three centuries and thirteen half-centuries to her credit till now.
