Bangladesh has long been underrated as a cricket squad. They have come a long way in recent years, but they still have a long way to go. Bangladesh's cricket team is full of great players, and the country occasionally surprises everyone with its fighting spirit. Bangladesh has also had some sweet victories over some of cricket's biggest names. Here are ten moments that Bangladesh wowed the globe with their incredible performances:-

10. Bangladesh v/s West Indies, 2011

On October 18, 2011, in the third ODI of West Indies tour of Bangladesh in Chattogram, Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bowl first. Bangladeshi bowlers did a fantastic job, and West Indies was all out in just 61 runs! Bangladesh easily chased down the target with 180 balls remaining and won the match by eight wickets!

9. Bangladesh v/s Zimbabwe, 2014

On December 1, 2014, in the fifth ODI between Bangladesh and Zimbabwe in Dhaka, Zimbabwe won the toss and chose to bat first but could manage only 128 runs on the board before getting all out. Bangladesh chased down the target with five wickets in their hands and finished the game in the 25th over!

8. Bangladesh v/s South Africa, 2019

On June 2, 2019, Bangladesh and South Africa were up against each other at The Oval in the ICC World Cup. Batting first, Bangladesh did a tremendous job at batting and set a target of 331. Bangladeshi bowlers did their job too, as South Africa managed to score only 309/8 in 50 overs, and Bangladesh won the match by 21 runs.

7. Bangladesh v/s New Zealand, 2013

On November 3, 2013, in the third ODI of the New Zealand tour of Bangladesh, Bangladesh won the toss and chose to field first. New Zealand has a great start, and with the help of Ross Taylor’s century, set a target of 308 on the board. Bangladesh, in response, successfully chased down the target with four balls left, and won the match by 4 wickets!

6. Bangladesh v/s Sri Lanka, 2018

On March 10, 2018, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka clashed in the third match of the Nidahas T20 Tri-series. Batting first, Sri Lanka played well-constructed innings and set the target of 215 runs on the board. Bangladesh fought hard from the start, chasing down the target with two balls remaining and winning by five wickets.

5. Bangladesh v/s Australia, 2021

On August 9, 2021, in the fifth T20I of the Australia tour of Bangladesh in Dhaka, Bangladesh batted first and set a low target of 123. To everyone’s surprise, Bangladeshi bowlers bowled out the Australian team to 62, which is also their lowest T20I total! Bangladesh won the game by 60 runs!

4. Bangladesh v/s India, 2019

On November 3, 2019, in the first T20I of the Bangladesh tour of India in Delhi, Bangladesh won the toss and chose to bowl first. Bangladesh managed to restrict India to 148/6, and in reply, successfully chased down the target with three balls remaining, courtesy to Mushfiqur Rahim’s 60-run knock. Bangladesh won the game by seven wickets!

3. Bangladesh v/s Sri Lanka, 2018

On January 19, 2018, in the third ODI played between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, Bangladesh won the toss and chose to bat. With stable batting performance, Bangladesh was able to set a target of 321 runs on the board! In response, Sri Lanka collapsed at 157 runs, courtesy of the fantastic Bangladeshi bowling unit. Bangladesh won the match by 163 runs!

2. Bangladesh v/s Australia, 2018

On August 6, 2021, in the third match of the Australia tour of Bangladesh, Bangladesh won the toss and chose to bat first. Bangladesh lost early wickets and scored 127/7 courtesy to Mahmudullah’s half-century. Bangladeshi bowlers showed a great fighting spirit and managed to restrict Australia to 117/4, and Bangladesh won the match by ten runs!

1. Bangladesh v/s West Indies, 2019

On June 17, 2019, in a match against West Indies in the ICC World Cup, Bangladesh impressed everyone with their outstanding performance. Batting first, West Indies set a target of 322 runs on the board. To everyone’s surprise, Bangladesh successfully chased down the target in 41.3 overs, and won the game by seven wickets!
