The first thought that comes to our mind when we talk about Asia Cup is India vs. Pakistan. The only place these two teams have faced off against each other since India chose not to play Pakistan in the bilateral series is in ICC competitions. As a lead-up to the 2019 ODI World Cup, the Asia Cup was last played in a 50-over format in 2018. However, as a warm-up for the 2022 T20 World Cup, the Asia Cup will be contested in the T20 format. 1. Irfan Khan Pathan

Irfan Khan Pathan is a left-arm medium-fast allrounder whose international career was from 2003 to 2012. He played 12 games in these years in the Asia Cup and took 22 wickets with an average of 27.50 and an economy of 5.54 with one four-wicket haul.

2. Ravindrasinh Anirudhsinh Jadeja

Ravindrasinh Anirudhsinh Jadeja is a slow left-arm orthodox allrounder. He bowled in 14 games from 2010 to 2018 in the Asia Cup 50 overs format. Jadeja took 19 wickets with an average of 26.57 and an economy of 4.34 with two four wickets haul.

3. Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar is a right arm offbreak and a legbreak googly bowler. Along with batting, he was also a good bowler who bowled in 15 innings in the 23 games he played from 1990 to 2012. Tendulkar took 17 wickets with an average of 21.41 and an economy of 4.76.

4. Kapildev Ramlal Nikhanj

Kapildev Ramlal Nikhanj is a right arm fast medium bowling allrounder. This World Cup-winning captain played seven games in the Asia Cup from 1988 to 1991 and took 15 wickets with an average of 13.00 and an economy of 3.56 with one four-wicket haul.

5. Ravichandran Ashwin

Ravichandran Ashwin is a right arm offbreak bowling allrounder. The spinner played seven games from 2012 to 2014 editions of the Asia Cup 50 overs format and took 14 wickets with an average of 22.71 and an economy of 4.63.

6. Anil Kumble 

Anil Kumble is a leg break googly bowler who made his debut in the Asia Cup 50 overs format in 1995 and played till 2004. Kumble took 14 wickets in 15 games with an average of 38.00 and an economy of 4.14.

7. Bapu Krishnarao Venkatesh Prasad

Venkatesh Prasad is a right-arm medium-fast bowler who played for India from 1994 to 2001. He played seven games in the Asia Cup from 1995 to 1997 and took 13 wickets with an average of 17.76 and an economy of 4.44 with one four-wicket haul.

8. Virendra Sehwag

Virendra Sehwag is a right arm offbreak bowler. Sehwag took 12 wickets from 2004 to 2010, bowling in ten innings with an average of 21.16 and an economy of 4.56 with one four-wicket haul.

9. PraveenKumar Sakat Singh
