The next partnership is from the 2009 England tour of South Africa. It was the second Twenty20 international of the series played at Centurion, and after winning the toss, South Africa opted to bat first. They put 241 runs on the board, thanks to a 170-run opening partnership between Loots Bosman and Graeme Smith.

3. 168 Runs Against Bangladesh

The next partnership is from the 2022 T20I World Cup, which was played in Australia.
