6. Gordon Greenidge

Making it to the sixth place on this list, is Gordon Greenidge. Gordon bagged 96 catches in 208 innings of 108 matches during 1974-1991. The massively destructive right-handed opening batter registered a knock of unbeaten 214 runs against England at Lord’s in 1984.

7. Richie Richardson

On number seven of the list, we have Richie Richardson, with 90 catches under his name. While featuring in 164 innings of 86 matches during 1983-1995, Richardson served the team as a right-handed batter. The volatile and explosive player was a brilliant player of the square cut.

8. Clive Lloyd

With 90 catches in his pocket, Clive Lloyd stands in the eighth position on this list. While playing for the nation between 1966 and 1985, Clive appeared in 209 innings of 110 matches. The left-handed middle-order batter was a crucial ingredient in the rise of West Indian cricket. The hard-hitting batter was one of the most successful captains in history.

9. Shivnarine Chanderpaul

On the ninth spot of this list, we have Shivnarine Chanderpaul. Shivnarine caught 66 catches in 297 innings. In his 164 Test matches during 1994-2015. The left-handed batter used soft hands, canny deflections, and pull-shots to maintain a Test average of over 50.  He became the second West Indian to score 10,000 runs.

10. Daren Sammy

Last but not least, the final person to make it to this list of elite fielders is Daren Sammy. Sammy bagged 65 catches in 68 innings of 38 Test matches. He made his Test debut at Old Trafford and took seven wickets. Apart from Test cricket, Sammy will be remembered for guiding West Indies to two T20I World Cup titles.
