Zimbabwe's national cricket team is one of the few Cricket teams in the world with Test status. They became full members of the International Cricket Council in 1992 and have played only 111 Test matches since then. Currently, they are ranked number 10 in the ICC test rankings. They are presently captained by Sean Williams in Test matches, and last played a Test match against Bangladesh in July 2021. 1. Andy Blignaut
Andy Blignaut is a former Zimbabwean cricketer who played for the Zimbabwe national cricket team from 1999-2010. He played only 19 Test matches for the Zimbabwe national cricket team. He has hit the most number of sixes for Zimbabwe in Test matches. He smashed 23 sixes for his national team in only 36 innings he batted in.
2. Hamilton Masakadza
Hamilton Masakadza is a former Zimbabwean cricketer who played for the Zimbabwe national cricket team from 2009-2019. He has smashed the joint most number of sixes for the Zimbabwe national cricket team in Test matches. He hit 23 sixes in the 76 innings he batted in. Masakadza played only 38 Test matches for the Zimbabwe cricket team.
3. Brendan Taylor
Brendan Taylor is considered to be one of the best batsmen from Zimbabwe of all time. He represented Zimbabwe national cricket team in only 34 Test matches but still has smashed the second-most number of sixes in their history. He hit 22 sixes for them in the 68 innings he batted in for Zimbabwe.
4. Andy Flower
Andy Flower has hit the third most number of sixes by a Zimbabwean cricketer in international cricket. Flower hit 20 sixes in his test career in 112 innings Andy batted in 63 Test matches he played for Zimbabwe national cricket team. He is regarded as one of the greatest Test batters from Zimbabwe as well.
5. Sikandar Raza
Sikandar Raza is a Zimbabwean cricketer who was born in Pakistan. Raza is one of the best players on the Zimbabwe cricket team currently and has hit the fourth most number of sixes for the Zimbabwe national cricket team in Test matches. He has played 17 Test matches till now, and has smashed 17 sixes in 33 innings he has batted in.
6. Grant Flower
Grant Flower is the younger brother of Andrew Flower and represented the Zimbabwe national cricket team from 1992-2010. He played 67 Test matches for Zimbabwe, and in 123 innings, smashed 16 sixes for the Zimbabwe national cricket team. Grant Flower is currently the batting coach of the Sri Lankan national cricket team and Sussex county cricket club.
7. David Houghton
David Houghton is a former right-handed batsman from Zimbabwe who played only 22 Test matches for the Zimbabwe cricket team. Houghton smashed 12 sixes in only 36 innings, he batted in. Houghton last played for Zimbabwe in 1997 and is currently the head coach of the Zimbabwe national cricket team.
8. Heath Streak
Heath Streak is a former Zimbabwean all-rounder who played 65 Test matches for the Zimbabwe cricket team. In 107 innings he smashed 12 sixes for the Zimbabwe national cricket team and is joint sixth on the list of Zimbabweans with the most sixes. Streak is considered one of the best all-rounders of all time from Zimbabwe.
9. Craig Wishart
Craig Wishart is a former Zimbabwean cricketer who played 27 Test matches for the Zimbabwe national cricket team from 1995-2005. Wishart also smashed 12 sixes for the Zimbabwe national cricket team in the 50 innings he batted in which is the joint sixth-most number of sixes by a Zimbabwean in Test matches.
10. Craig Ervine
Craig Ervine is Zimbabwe’s current captain in the limited-over formats and has played 18 Test matches for them. He has smashed 11 sixes for them in the 36 innings he has batted in. He has also scored 3 Test centuries for the Zimbabwe national cricket team and has a Test average of 35+.
