Sunrises Hyderabad is one of the successful franchises in the Indian Premier League. They won their maiden IPL title in 2016 by defeating RCB in their home ground. They aren’t playing the IPL since its beginning. They were known as the Deccan Chargers previously. Their home ground is in Hyderabad. Currently, Aiden Makram is leading the side. In the Indian Premier League 2023 season, they haven’t performed according to their caliber and are positioned lower in the points table.

1. Naman Ojha

Naman Ojha is one of the Indian wicketkeepers who came into the limelight because of his performances in the Indian premier league. He has played many crucial knocks and helped the team to cross the winning line. He has been a good player in the middle order. He has also made an appearance for Men in Blue. He played during the years of 2010. He has participated in the red ball format for Team India.

2. Jonny Bairstow

Jonny has been a wicketkeeper hailing from England. He has played many crucial knocks for both national and franchise cricket. He has been a middle-order batsman during the initial phase of his career and later plays as an opener. He has scored many centuries in the opening position even. But in Indian and Asian conditions he has struggled in red ball format. He is a good player of pace. He has also scored many runs in IPL for the SRH franchise. Now he has been released by SRH.

3. Wriddhiman Saha 

Wriddhiman is a regular player in Indian Premier League. He has played for several franchises which includes SRH. If we discuss his form in this IPL session, he has been in great touch. He has scored many crucial runs for his franchise GT at the opening position. One of his performances came during the final match of this edition. He has played test matches for team India and has been a regular in the playing eleven after the retirement of MS Dhoni.

4. Parthiv Patel

Parthiv Patel is the next player in our discussion. He has been another wicketkeeper who participated for many teams in the Indian Premier League. He has been with many teams and one of his favorite teams is RCB. He is a Gujarati by birth who played all formats of the game for team India. He participated in the White Ball series during the year of 2010. Later in his career, he played red-ball cricket for Team India. He took retirement during the year 2018. He played test cricket last.

5. Nicholas Pooran 

Nicholas is another wicketkeeper from Barbados. He has been a good player for the West Indies cricket team even. In the upcoming tournaments, he will be a great asset for West Indies. In IPL 2023, he has been the best batsman for the LSG franchise. He has played many crucial knocks and batted well during the middle overs. After the top-order collapse, he used to stitch good partnerships for LSG with Stoinis. He has finished matches too.

6. Shreevats Goswami

Goswami is a cricket player hailing from the state of West Bengal. He has been an active player for SRH for years. Currently, he is not playing IPL and is focused much more on domestic tournaments. As per position, he used to play in the middle order of the playing eleven. His work was to anchor any partnership running in between the match.

7. Heinrich Klaasen

Heinrich Klassen is a South African wicketkeeper who still plays for the SRH franchise. He has been a middle-order batsman and used to anchor innings most of the time. The team consists of good foreign batters and he was one of them. Due to the presence of another wicketkeeper in the playing eleven, he used to field. In IPL 2023, he played the innings against his game of play. He is on the list of batters with the highest strike rate in the 2023 edition.

8. Quinton de Kock 

Quinton De Kock is another South African player who played for the SRH franchise. He is a regular wicketkeeper who plays in the IPL. For 2 years he is a regular player for the LSG franchise. He plays with his partner Nicholas during the IPL. If we discuss his recent participation in IPL 2023, he did not appear much for his franchise. They have made him benched for a maximum number of matches during this season which was not understandable despite his good skills and stats.

9. KL Rahul 

KL Rahul is one of the important players for team India. In Indian Premier League he is the leader of the LSG camp. He has played many crucial knocks and he is one of the highest-scoring run-getter in the IPL. If we talk about his current form, he is undergoing an injury. Due to this, he has been ruled out of IPL. He is also going through a rough patch in his career. He is a regular three-format player for team India.

10. Anmolpreet Singh 

Anmolpreet is one of the uncapped Indian players who represented the SRH franchise. He did not get enough chances to play in the Indian Premier League but he is capable to make a change in the playing eleven. In the SRH camp, he was unable to showcase his talent through batting and hence was benched and eventually released by the franchise. In IPL 2023, he played for the Mumbai Indians camp.
