Surprisingly, The spinners have won the Purple Cap just two times. This year IPL is going to take place in Mumbai and Pune. Both pitches are suitable for spinners and provide so much to the spinners in middle overs.
Some franchises have the most formidable spin attack, while some team spin departments are looking less effective.

3. Delhi Capitals
Delhi Capitals is the most improved IPL franchise of the last three years. Last year this team had the best spinners. However, they have managed to build a strong spin core this year also. 4. Chennai Super Kings
