Surprisingly, The spinners have won the Purple Cap just two times. This year IPL is going to take place in Mumbai and Pune. Both pitches are suitable for spinners and provide so much to the spinners in middle overs.

Some franchises have the most formidable spin attack, while some team spin departments are looking less effective.

Rajasthan Royals is one of the IPL teams that has won the trophy. However, this franchise has never lifted the cup after 2008. This year Rajasthan has done extremely well on the auction table. Delhi Capitals is the most improved IPL franchise of the last three years. Last year this team had the best spinners. However, they have managed to build a strong spin core this year also.
