The Bangladesh national cricket team was delighted to win the One Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals (T20I), but they were facing tough competition in Test matches. The Bangladesh national cricket team played 376 ODI's, 96 T20s, and 119 tests. It has been always the Captain who leads the team in the right way. In recent years, the Bangladesh national cricket team is struggling to make significant progress though, and it is only to begin establishing itself as the strongest nation in the world of cricket.

10. Khaled Mashud

Khaled Mashud was born on February 8, 1976, who was a cricket player and captain of the Bangladeshi national cricket team in Test matches and One-Day Internationals. He is a wicketkeeper and middle-batsman. From 1995 to 2007, he was a prominent member of the Bangladeshi cricket team. Mashud was the captain of the Bangladesh cricket team for a short time.

9. Khaled Mahmud

Khaled Mahmud Sujon was born on July 26, 1971, in Dhaka. He has been a cricket player and captain of the Bangladeshi national cricket team in Test matches and One-Day Internationals. The cricketer is a medium-speed driver with a moderate-order driver. Mahmud captained the Bangladeshi cricket team between 2003 and 2004.

8. Tamim Iqbal

Tamim Iqbal Khan was born on March 20, 1989, the largest batsman in Bangladesh history. He is the current captain of the Bangladeshi national cricket team in the ODI's. Tamim Iqbal made the record by hitting 50 ODI half-centuries in March 2021, which was never done by any Bangladeshi cricket player.

7. Mohammad Mahmudullah

Mohammad Mahmudullah was born on February 4, 1986. He is a cricket player and the current captain of the Bangladesh national cricket team in the T20I's. He represents the Bangladeshi national cricket team in every way of the game. He’s an all-around and best-of-the-boxer with a low or middle spin and off-spin bowler. In January 2018, he was named as the Test captain for the Bangladeshi national cricket team in the Tri-Nation series against Sri Lanka in the final.

 

 

6. Mominul Haque

Mominul Haque was born on September 29, 1991. He is currently a cricket player and captain of the Bangladeshi national cricket team in Test matches. Mominul Haque is best known for his striking and surprising tactics. He was named the eleventh captain of the Bangladeshi national cricket team to replace; Shakib Al Hasan.

5. Mohammed Ashraful

Mohammed Ashraful is one of the most successful executives of the Bangladeshi national cricket team. He represented the Bangladeshi national cricket team in 61 Test matches and 177 One-Day Internationals 177. Ashraful helped the Bangladeshi cricket team win eight one-day internationals, while the team lost 30 times. The batsman is a creative runner in both Test matches and ODI format.

4. Habibul Bashar

Habibul Bashar is one of the most successful executives of the Bangladeshi national cricket team. He captained the Bangladeshi cricket team,from 2004 to 2007. Under Habibul Bashar, Bangladesh claimed their first victory against Zimbabwe, with the first wins being won by Australia, South Africa, and India.

3. Shakib Al Hasan

Shakib Al Hasan is the best cricket player ever produced by Bangladesh, Shakib Al Hasan is the world-class player of the Bangladeshi cricket team. He’s comfortable with all the hitting and ball. He has played for the Bangladeshi national cricket team for eight years from 2009 to 2017. Under his captaincy, he helped the Bangladeshi cricket team win 23 of 50 games and lost 26 games.

2. Mushfiqur Rahim

Entering the sidelines as a wicket-keeper in 2004, Mushfiqur Rahim, today, has established himself as an outstanding Bangladeshi player. He has played 70 Test matches with 218 international teams so far in his international career. The wicket-taker also served as the team captain between 2011 and 2014 and is regarded as the most successful captain in Bangladesh cricket in their cricket history.

1. Mashrafe Mortaza

One of Bangladesh's most respected cricketers, Mashrafe Mortaza, is the most successful ODI captain in Bangladesh. Under his leadership, Bangladesh certainly fought hard for the 2019 World Cup, although Shakib Al-Hasan has been very active. Mortaza helped the team beat some of the toughest teams in cricket, and as the record suggests, he is the top Bangladesh captain of all time.
