Sri Lankan women's national cricket team is one of eight cricket teams competing in the ICC Women's Championship; the team is governed by Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC), a full member of the ICC. Sri Lanka gave its first appearance in One Day International (ODI) in 1997, against the Netherlands, and later in the year took part in the World Cup of 1997. Sri Lankan women's cricket team has since participated in every edition of the World Cup, with a fifth-place finish at the 2013 event.

Nilakshi was the primary wicket-taker for Sri Lanka in the Women's Twenty20 Asia Cup of 2018, with seven dismissals in five matches.

6. Hasini Perera

Hasini Perera is a Sri Lankan cricket player; she was named in Sri Lanka's squad for the ICC Women's World Twenty20 tournament in the West Indies. In January 2020, Hasini was selected in Sri Lanka's squad for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup of 2020 in Australia.

Dilani Manodara, is a Sri Lankan cricket player who has played in 139 ODI matches; She has the record for making the most dismissals as wicket-keeper for Sri Lanka in Women's ODIs with 67. Dilani was a part of the 2014 Asian Games bronze medal-winning team.

3. Eshani Lokusuriyage

Eshani Kaushalya also called Eshani Lokusuriyage, was born 1 June 1984; She is a Sri Lankan cricket player who played for the Sri Lanka national women's cricket team. Eshani is an all-rounder; She played as a right-handed batter and a right-arm medium-pace bowler.

2. Shashikala Siriwardene

Shashikala Siriwardene is a Sri Lankan former cricket player who captained the Sri Lankan women's cricket team in WODIs. Shashikala is the only woman cricket player to take 100 wickets in WODIs for Sri Lankan women's cricket team and thus the only female Sri Lankan to combine this with 1000+ runs.

Atapattu Jayangani also nicknamed Chamari Athapaththu is a Sri Lankan cricket player and the current captain of the women's T20I cricket team of Sri Lanka. Atapattu had a short stint as the captain of the Sri Lanka women's cricket team and was succeeded by the previous captain Shashikala Siriwardene.
