An Australian born batter, who showed immense talent but just couldn't make it big yet, mainly because of mental health and injuries like concussion. He has been hit by bouncer on head many times, and which prompted him to take a break from cricket, in his debut match he scored 62 runs. His first class career numbers are much better as he has scored 2350 runs in 36 matches with 7 centuries. He is still very young, and the retirement of David Warner can give him more chances in international matches.

9. Zak Crawley

Another England born batter in this list, his career was looking bad in the start, as he averaged 28.26 from 34 tests, but all that changed after England faced Australia, as he came out as the leading run scorer of the series. He has played 46 matches, and scored 2690 runs and 4 centuries, at 26 years old, his future with England is almost confirmed as England will play 20 test matches in next 2 years.
