Melbourne Stars holds the record for the highest team score in BBL history. They claim this spot recently in 2021-22 season against Hobart Hurricanes. Glenn Maxwell opened the innings that day and broke many records. He scored the highest individual score in BBL history. He scored 154 runs in 64 balls. Melbourne Stars scored 273 runs in 20 overs.

2. Sydney Thunders

Sydney Thunders became the second highest total in BBL history against Sydney Sixers. Alex Hales opened the innings and scored a massive century. He scored 110 runs in 56 balls. As a result, Sydney Thunders scored 232 runs in 20 overs.

3. Hobart Hurricanes

The third highest total and the fourth came in the same match. In the match between Hobart Hurricanes and Melbourne Renegades, Hobart Hurricanes chased a massive target of 222. Ben McDermott scored a century and chased the impossible. He scored 114 runs and Hobart chased the target. Hobart Hurricanes scored 223 runs for the loss of eight wickets.

He scored 71 runs in 29 balls and helped Sydney Thunders score a massive 219 runs for the loss of seven wickets. In reply, Melbourne Stars managed to score 144 and got all out.

7. Hobart Hurricanes

10. Hobart Hurricanes

Hobart Hurricanes dominated the whole list and finishes off the list with a 44 runs victory against Sydney Sixers. Matthew Wade again scored over 90 runs in 46 balls. D. Short scored 73 runs in 51 balls. They helped Hobart Hurricanes to reach the total of 213 runs in 20 overs. Wade and Short made a partnership of 111 runs for opening.
