Bhuvneshwar Kumar plays for the Sunrisers Hyderabad franchise in the IPL. He is one of the best Swing bowlers in the tournament. Bhuvneshwar has taken 154 wickets in 146 matches at an average of 25.08. His bowling performance came in 2016 and 2017 when he took the most wickets and became the purple cap holder. He is the only player to win the purple caps in two consecutive seasons of the IPL.

3. Harshar Patel (1 purple cap)
