1. Yuvraj Singh 6 Sixes
In the inaugural T20I World Cup of 2007, India was up against England. A furious disagreement between Yuvraj and Flintoff broke out just before the game's 18th over. Yuvraj appeared irritated by Flintoff's remarks. In the 18th over, Stuart Broad entered the bowling attack, and what happened next is recorded in books as history. Yuvraj Singh became the first batsman in cricket history to hit six sixes off a Stuart Broad delivery by scoring six of them. The fastest fifty in international cricket history was eventually smashed by Yuvraj in just 12 balls. In the end, Yuvraj produced two recordings. India scored a staggering 218 runs in their first innings to win by a final score of 18 runs.
2. Tim Paine Vs Ravichandran Ashwin
In the third test of India's tour of Australia in 2020–2021, the home team put up an enormous total of 428, which India had to chase down. India was stuck at 272/5 when Ravichandran Ashwin entered the game, and it appeared as though the home team would win. Tim Paine, the skipper of Australia, then into the fray and attempted to rally his team by berating the Indian batsmen. Paine had said to Ashwin, alluding to the location of the fourth Test, "Can't wait to take you to Gabba, Ash." But Ashwin said, "Just like we want to get you to India, maybe your last series," to whack him back. India continued to play to a draw, and oddly, in the fourth Test at Brisbane, the visitors triumphed by a record-breaking three wickets.
3. Virat Kohli Vs James Faulkner
In the third One-Day International of India's 2016 tour of Australia, Virat Kohli was batting well. India was prepared to present the Australians with a huge total on their territory, and Kohli was looking good. James Faulkner attempted to argue verbally with Virat Kohli, the then-ODI vice-captain, to disrupt Kohli's focus. When Faulkner attempted to disrupt Kohli's composure, the left-arm bowler was left speechless as Kohli responded savagely. "You're squandering your strength. I've already broken you enough in my life; there's no point. Simply bowl, Kohli advised. The words of Kohli were captured by the stump microphone.
4. Saurav Ganguly’s Reply To Geoffrey Boycott
After the 2002 Natwest series triumph, the then-Indian captain, Sourav Ganguly, was seen in the Lord's Balcony completely ecstatic and taking off his shirt. In a game against India in Mumbai that same year, Andrew Flintoff was spotted taking his top off. Boycott conveyed to Ganguly: "You must talk about the day you removed your shirt at Lord's and let it fly through the air! Oh, you mischievous boy!" One of your boys—referring to Flintoff—also removed his shirt here in Mumbai, Saurav retorted. Boycott retorted, "Yaa, but Lord's is the Mecca of cricket." "Lord's is your Mecca, Wankhede is ours," Sourav Ganguly remarked.
5. Venkatesh Prasad Vs Aamer Sohail
1996 World Cup Pakistan versus India. Never before have the stakes been higher. After receiving a short ball, Aamir Sohail steps out and drives Venky over the covers for a boundary. But he doesn't end there. Sohail gestures with his fingers toward the Indian pacer before pointing them in the direction of the boundary. With the subsequent delivery, Venky returned angrily and removed Sohail's stump while pointing in the direction of the pavilion!
6. Ravindra Jadeja Vs James Anderson
Jadeja returned in the second innings of the infamous Lord's Test of 2014 to score a quickfire half-century and give India a chance to win. Anderson had a few choice words for Jadeja at the time. What was great was that Anderson, who was run out by a direct toss from Jadeja, was the final English wicket that secured India the victory.
7. Shoaib Akhtar Vs Virendra Sehwag
Virender Sehwag was on his way to becoming India's first triple-century batsman. But Shoaib Akhtar kept firing bouncers, leaving Sehwag frustrated. Akhtar would approach Viru after each bouncer and ask him to hook one. In response, Sehwag asked if he was bowling or begging, and a day later, he scored his first triple century.
8. Virat Kohli Vs Mitchell Johnson
In a match between India and Australia, Virat Kohli successfully protected the ball when Mitchell Johnson threw it toward his leg to start the conflict. Virat became enraged as a result of this, and after hitting the bowler for a four, they engaged in an argument verbally. Johnson joined the verbal altercation and was hammered all over the park as Virat finished his well-deserved century.
9. Sreeshanth Vs Andre Nel
In the first innings of the Johannesburg-based first test of India's 2007 tour of South Africa, Sreeshanth's five-wicket haul held the Proteas to 84 runs. Sreesanth came on to bat at number 10 in India's second innings. There wasn't much anticipation for the Indian tailender bowler. In the second test of India's tour of Australia in the 1991–1992 series, Ravi Shastri started the Indian batting order. Australian fast bowler Mike Whitney was on the field filling in as a fielder. Shastri used his willow to hit the ball toward Mike and quickly took a single. Whitney responded, "Stay in your crease or I'll shatter your fucking head," in response to this. If you could bowl as good as you talk, you wouldn't be the fucking 12th man, Shastri responded.
