1. Tamim Iqbal Vs. Oman

We begin this list with Tamim Iqbal’s unbeaten knock of 103 runs. This is the only 100+ run knock from Bangladesh in the T20I World Cups. Tamim scored these runs in only 63 balls with the help of ten fours and five sixes against Oman. He registered a strike rate of 163.49 runs in this innings.

2. Shakib Al Hasan Vs. Pakistan

On number two, we have Shakib Al Hasan with his knock of 84 runs against Pakistan. While playing with a strike rate of 155.55, Shakib hit eleven fours and two sixes in his 54-ball innings. However, the 2012 group-stage match ended in the opposition’s favour.

3. Tamim Iqbal Vs. Netherlands

Next up is another knock from Tamim Iqbal, this time against Netherlands. In the T20I World Cup of 2016, Tamim scored 83* runs in 58 balls with the help of six fours and three sixes. He had a strike rate of 143.10 in the innings. Bangladesh successfully defended their score of 153 runs and won by eight runs.

4. Junaid Siddique Vs. Pakistan

ON the fourth spot, we have Junaid Siddique who scored 71 runs in 49 balls against Pakistan in the inaugural T20I World Cup of 2007. While playing with a strike rate of 144.89, Junaid hit six fours and three sixes. However, Bangladesh lost the match by four wickets.

5. Najmul Hossain Shanto Vs. Zimbabwe

Najmul Hossain Shanto stands in the fifth position on this list with an unbeaten knock of 71 runs in 55 balls. In the group-stage match of 2022, Shanto hit seven fours and one six against Zimbabwe to record a strike rate of 129.09. Bangladesh won this match by three runs.

6. Shakib Al Hasan Vs. Australia

Making it to the sixth place on this list is Shakib Al Hasan’s knock of 66 runs against Australia in the 2014 tournament. While playing with a strike rate of 126.92, Shakib pocketed five fours and three sixes. However, Australia emerged as the better team as they chased down Bangladesh’s 153 runs with 15 balls remaining.

7. Mohammad Ashraful Vs. Pakistan

On number seven, we have Mohammad Ashraful. Ashraful hit 65 runs in 49 balls against Pakistan with the help of four fours and three sixes. He had a strike rate of 132.65 during the inning. Despite this, he could not help Bangladesh in reaching the target of 172 runs set by the Pakistani batters.

8. Mohammad Naim Vs. Oman

With 64 runs in 50 balls against Oman in the 2021 T20I World Cup, Mohammad Naim stands in the eighth position on this list. Naim’s inning comprised three fours and four sixes. He had a strike rate of 128.00. Bangladesh was able to defeat Oman by 26 runs in this match.

9. Aftab Ahmed Vs. West Indies

On the ninth spot, we have Aftab Ahmed. Ahmed played an unbeaten knock of 62 runs against West Indies in 2007. He registered a strike rate of 126.53 in this match with the help of eight fours and one six. Bangladesh was able to chase down West Indies total of 164 runs with six wickets in hand.

10. Mohammad Naim Vs. Sri Lanka

Making it to the final place on this list, we have Mohammad Naim with his knock of 62 runs in 52 balls. Naim hit a total of six fours in the innings and had a strike rate of 119.23. During the group-stage match of 2021, Bangladesh set up a target of 172 runs. However,  the opposing team, Sri Lanka, was able to chase it down with ease.
