2. Daniel Vettori

On number two, we have Daniel Vettori. The slow left-arm orthodox bowler had an economy rate of 5.83 runs per over in the T20I World Cups held during 2007-2016. He was one of the most valuable New Zealand, and was only the eighth allrounder to scalp 300 Test-wickets and make 3000 runs.

3. Nathan McCullum

Next up is Nathan McCullum, with an economy rate of 5.94 runs per over. Nathan bowled 67 overs in 22 overs between 2007 and 2016 while giving away 399 runs. Nathan is the elder brother of Brendon McCullum.

4. Mitchell Santner

7. Ish Sodhi

8. Ian Butler
