The South African Under-19 cricket team has played official Under-19 test matches since 1995. They won the Under-19 Cricket World Cup in 2014 and finished runner-up in 2002 and 2008. Its home ground is LC De Villiers Oval. Many international players have represented the team, including Wayne Parnell, AB de Villiers, Mark Boucher, and Kagiso Rabada. The team is coached under the responsible shoulders of Laurence Mathalne.
