Sunrises Hyderabad is one of the successful franchises in the Indian Premier League. They won their maiden IPL title in 2016 by defeating RCB in their home. They aren’t playing the IPL since its beginning. They were known as the Deccan Chargers previously. Their home ground is in Hyderabad. Currently, Aiden Makram is leading the side. In the Indian Premier League 2023 season, they haven’t performed according to their caliber and are positioned lower in the points table.

1. Rashid Khan   

Rashid is one of the important assets for whichever team he plays. He can be a potential leader for his national side even. Later he developed his batting skills even and is known for finishing the innings. He bats down the order in the playing eleven. If we talk about his performance in IPL 2023, he had a good season with the bowl. He almost won the purple cap of the season. He has become of the regular players in the IPL. SRH holds credit for shaping his franchise cricket.

2. Sandeep Sharma   

Sandeep Sharma was one of the SRH franchise's prime bowlers. He used to bowl along side of Bhuvi and Dale Steyn. He has lost his touch for some seasons and due to this SRH released him from the squad. Later Rajasthan franchise picked him up and he proved the saying old is gold. Sandeep showed his skills very well in the 2023 IPL season. He bowled with good economy and took wickets in the regular intervals. He became one of the best death bowlers of IPL 2023. Unfortunately, he is not called upon by BCCI again for the national side.

3. Bhuvneshwar Kumar   

Bhuvneshwar Kumar is India’s one of the frontline bowlers in limited-overs cricket. BCCI is focusing on him as a limited-over bowler. If we talk about his last IPL season, he played well and got many early breakthroughs. He still can swing the bowl wherever he wishes. His next target is the ODI World Cup 2023 where he will be India’s one of the prime bowlers in the unit. India will be looking for his injuries as well.

4. Amit Mishra   

Amit Mishra is one of the former Indian off-spinner who represented the SRH franchise. He described the Indian cricket team for quite several years. Later he was dropped from the Indian squad owing to his poor form and new active players. He continued to play in the IPL still. He became one of the successful wicket-taker for their current franchise. He plays with the LSG franchise and has been in great touch with the bowl.

5. Rahul Tripathi   

Rahul is a good batsman for both franchises and the Indian cricket team. He keeps wickets whenever required. He has been an aggressive batter from starting. He came into the limelight for his performances during 2 years of RPS time. He then represented the Indian national side for some matches in limited formats. If we discuss his current IPL season performances, he had played some good knocks and was in good touch with the bat. Hopefully, he may get chances in the playing eleven owing to the injuries of another wicketkeeper in the team.

6. Naman Ojha  

Naman Ojha is one of the Indian wicketkeepers who came into the limelight because of his performances in the Indian premier league. He has played many crucial knocks and helped the team to cross the winning line. He has been a good player in the middle order. He has also made an appearance for Men in Blue. He played during the years of 2010. He has participated in the red ball format for Team India.

7. Shikhar Dhawan  

Shikhar Dhawan plays for the Punjab franchise in the IPL currently. If we talk about his current form, he had a mediocre IPL season. He played some crucial knocks though but could not be that consistent player for Punjab. He has been out from the Indian player’s pool released by BCCI this year. He has led many times especially the India B team against associate nations and Sena countries. He was one of the important players for Indian cricket once upon a time.

8. David Warner   

David Warner is the first player of our story. He is an excellent batsman in terms of opener. He plays regularly for all three formats for his national side Australia. He is a good player of both spin and pace. He is one of those batsmen who love to play on Indian pitches. Records show that he has scored a lot for many years. In IPL 2023, he played for the Delhi franchise. As per his reputation, he scored a lot and was one of the batters in the top run-getter list.

9. Shreevats Goswami   

Goswami is a cricket player hailing from the state of West Bengal. He has been an active player for SRH for years. Currently, he is not playing IPL and is focused much more on domestic tournaments. As per position, he used to play in the middle order of the playing eleven. His work was to anchor any partnership running in between the match.

10. Umran Malik

Umran Malik is a fast bowler hailing from the state of Jammu Kashmir. He made his name in the news for his pace. He often clicks more than 150 kmph speed and makes batsmen difficult to judge and play. He can be India’s next three-format player. The only issue with him is bowling extras and not bowling in the proper line and length. If he fixes this shortcoming then he may be a threat to the bigger nations and India can build a strong pace attack. If we talk about his recent IPL season, he did not bowl that well and conceded many runs.
