10. Rangana Herath
Rangana Herath is a former Sri Lankan slow left-arm orthodox bowler who has played all forms of international cricket. He is the former captain of Sri Lanka in tests and is considered the most successful left-arm spinner in test cricket. Herath was the first Sri Lankan spin bowler to take a hat-trick in tests. He has taken 500+ International wickets. Herath makes it into the tenth position on the list with 10+ wickets taken as caught and bowled.
9. Chaminda Vaas
Chaminda Vaas is a former left-arm medium-fast bowler of Sri Lanka who was famous for his bowling consistency in perfect line and length. He also played as captain for Sri Lanka in ODIs and is considered one of the greatest fast bowlers of Sri Lanka. Vaas has the best bowling figures in ODIs and is the first bowler to take an eight-wicket haul in an ODI match. He has taken 20 catches and bowled wickets and is in the ninth position on the list.
8. Ravi Shastri
Ravi Shastri is a former all-rounder of India with slow left-arm orthodox bowling and right-handed batting. He played ODIs and tests between 1981 and 1992. 7. Shakib Al Hasan
Shakib Al Hasan is a Bangladeshi all-rounder with slow left-arm orthodox bowling and middle-order left-handed batting. He is the fastest all-rounder to score 3,000 runs and take 200 wickets in tests. Shakib is the only cricketer to score 1,000 runs and take 100 doors in T20Is. Hence, he is one of the greatest all-rounders of all time. 6. Sanath Jayasuriya
Sanath Jayasuriya is a former all-rounder; he also played as the captain of the Sri Lankan cricket team. He was a left-handed batsman and an excellent, slow left-arm orthodox bowler. Jayasuriya played in all formats of cricket from 1989 to 2011. He set the record for the highest score in tests against India (340). 5. Shahid Afridi
Shahid Afridi is a former Pakistani all-rounder with aggressive right-handed batting and right-arm leg-spin bowling. He played his last international game in May 2018 against West Indies. 4. Saqlain Mushtaq

3. Harbhajan Singh
Harbhajan Singh is a former right-arm off-spin bowler who played in all formats of cricket for India from 1998 to 2016. He was the first Indian bowler to take a hat-trick in tests in 2001. Harbhajan was a member of the Indian squad that won the 2007 World T20 and the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011. He is the third on the list with 32 wickets taken as caught and bowled.
