The Big Bash League or the BBL is an annual T20 cricket tournament played in Australia. It is one of the most famous franchises T20 leagues around the world. The tournament was first played in 2011, with the Perth Scorchers as the most successful of the eight teams with five titles. They are also the defending champions since last two years. 1. Mitchell Marsh

Mitchell Marsh is an Australian all-rounder who plays all three formats. He was a part of the T20 World Cup-winning team in 2021 and the man of the match in the finals against New Zealand. Playing for the defending champion Perth Scorchers, the batter smashed an unbeaten century of just 60 balls against the Hobart Hurricanes in 2021. This was his maiden T20 tonne, which included six 4s and five 6s, which helped his team win by 53 runs.

2. Alex Carey

The Australian wicketkeeper batter is one of the regular inclusions for the national team in every format. He is the first-choice keeper and batter for Australia. Playing for the Adelaide Strikers, the southpaw smashed 101 runs off 62 balls against the Brisbane Heat. His fantastic ton included ten 4s and three 6s. This knock came as the first century of BBL 10 in 2020 and helped the Strikers win the match by a huge margin of 82 runs.

3. D’Arcy Short

D’Arcy Short is a left-handed attacking batter from Australia. In the 10th edition of the tournament, the southpaw scored an unbeaten 103 off 70 balls while playing for the Hobart Hurricanes. His three 4s and seven 6s against the bowling attack of the Perth Scorchers helped his team win the match by 8 runs. 4. Alex Hales

The unorthodox batter from New Zealand is known for his aggressive batting display. He used to open the inning for the Kiwis and is famous as a T20 specialist. While playing for the Perth Scorchers in the 2021 season, the southpaw smashed an unbeaten 114 off 73 balls against the Adelaide Strikers. 6. Ben McDermott

He is one of the very few batters to score at least two centuries in the tournament.

10. Glenn Maxwell

Glenn Maxwell, the superstar of Australian and world cricket, needs no introduction. His ability to take on the bowler from the first ball is impeccable. His participation in T20 cricket is a threat to the opposition. The all-rounder has maintained his reputation not just in the BBL but in the IPL as well. His 154* off just 64 balls against the Hobart Hurricanes, which included twenty-two 4s and four 6s, helped his side; the Melbourne Stars won by a huge 106 runs in the latest edition of the tournament. The power hitter also scored 103 off 57 against the Sydney Sixers in the 2021 edition, which included twelve 4s and four 6s.
