The upcoming season will bring more joy for fans as two new teams to play the following season. BCCI introduced Ahmadabad and Lucknow as two new franchises. These two teams will go to an auction to pick quality Indian and overseas players and build up a strong team.

The mega auction of the IPL happens after every three years. Teams can retain only a few players while the remaining players go into the auction. This December, some teams have retained their core players while some teams couldn't get due to players' personal reasons. Many big Indian names are coming to the auction to get a prominent amount.

KL Rahul currently comes in the top three T20 batters. He has shown excellent consistency in the last two years. His records in IPL have gone to different levels.
