The Jamaican star player and the opening batsman of Royal Challengers Bangalore, Chris Gayle bewildered everyone in 2013. When he scored 175 runs against Pune Warriors. In this match, Chris Gayle ruthlessly hit every bowler, Those 175 runs came off in just 66 balls. He hit 17 sixes and 13 fours. 4. Pat Cummins Fastest Fifty

In 2022 the Australian pacer, Pat Cummins, playing for Kolkata Knight Riders amazed everyone by hitting the fastest fifty against Mumbai Indians. While half of his team was back to the pavilion at 101, Cummins turned the tables by hitting his half-century in mere 14 balls. He hit 35 runs in an over and took KKR for an unexpected win. He became the first in IPL history to come at 8 wickets down and hit the fastest fifty runs.

5. Brendon Mccullum’s 158 Runs

In the first edition of the Indian Premier League and the very first match the KKR’s skipper, Brendon McCullum hit 158 runs in 73 balls. Brendon became the first player to hit the first century of IPL, it was recorded among the top 10 fastest centuries of IPL. He made the team reach the score of 222/3 runs and beat the opponent team by 140 runs.

6. Yusuf Pathan’s 100 Runs In 37 Balls

In 2010, Yusuf Pathan played a ferocious inning against Mumbai Indians when he scored 100 runs in just 37 balls. While Rajasthan Royals was 66/4, chasing 212 runs. 9. Sohail Tanvir’s 6/14

Sohail Tanvir, the Pakistani sensational bowler took his career best and achieved the historic best figure in IPL against Chennai Super Kings in 2008. He alone did a great job as a bowler for Rajasthan Royals. He was the reason for Rajasthan Royals winning the first edition of IPL.
