We often talk about the wonders that cricketers do on the field. Many such cricketers have life partners who are also athletes. We can indeed call them a match made in heaven.

1. Dinesh Karthik and Dipika Pallikal

The Indian wicketkeeper Dinesh Karthik tied the knot with Squash Champion Dipika Pallikal in 2015, after a failed marriage with Nikita Vanjara. They are now parents to twin boys-Kabir Pallikal Karthik and Zian Pallikal Karthik. Dipika Pallikal has been honored with two prestigious sports awards- Padma Shri in 2014 and Arjuna Award in 2012.  She is often called Squash Queen and has won one gold, four silvers, and three bronze medals. She was also the first Indian to be on the Top 10 in the world Squash women’s rankings.

2. David Warner and Candice Warner

David and Candice Warner are often seen dancing together on social media reels with their kids, but that's not the only thing Mrs. Warner is famous for. Before tying the knot with the Australian Cricketer, Candice has been a consistent competitor in a water sport-based surfing tournament called Ironman Series in Australia. With that, she also happens to be a retired life-saver. She made her debut in the Ironman series at 14 and won the New South Wales Championship at 16.

3. Shikhar Dhawan and Aesha Mukherjee

Shikhar Dhawan and Aesha Mukherjee decided to part ways in September 2021 after being married for eight years. However, as the Indian opener is well known for his batting stances, Aesha herself happens to be a former sportsperson. She is an international-level Melbourne-based kickboxer. She is also a fitness freak who is very punctual about her daily workout routines.

4. Ishant Sharma and Pratima Singh

Indian right-arm bowler Ishant Sharma got clean bowled by the beautiful and talented basketball player Pratima Singh. But do you know how they met? Pratima was one of the participants of the 2011 Delhi IGMA Basketball League game where Ishant Sharma was present as a judge, and that's how the love story began. Her instincts as a basketball player began early during her college days at Delhi University’s Jesus and Mary’s. She has represented the Indian national team in three Asian Basketball Championships (2006,07and09) and the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou.

5. Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza

Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik are two of Asia's favorite sportspersons. They have been married since 2010 and have seen each other rise to the highest ranks of success. Sania Mirza is one such personality who needs no introduction. She is India's first female tennis superstar. She has earned herself 14 medals, including six gold medals for India, in her remarkable career. She was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 2016, Padma Shri in 2006, and Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award for Tennis in 2015.

6. Robin Uthappa and Sheetal Goutham

Robin Uthappa's wife, Sheetal Goutham, is a former Tennis player who has played various tournaments and represented India in Domestic and International tournaments. At 33, she retired from the sport but still happens to be a fitness enthusiast, as can be seen from her super active social media handles, where she is seen posting pictures of her workout.

7. Mitchell Starc and Alyssa Healy

Mitchell Stark and Alyssa Healy are two of the most renowned cricketers in Australia. While people are more aware of Stark's brilliance, Healy is no less. She is the niece of cricket legend Ian Healy, and we can say that cricket is in her genes. Alyssa held the record of most dismissals by a wicketkeeper in T20Is and was also the second highest run scorer in ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2020, held in Australia.

8. Kedar Jadhav and Snehal Pramod

The former CSK all-rounder Kedar Jadhav is married to the wicketkeeper batswoman Snehal Pramod who has previously represented Maharashtra in domestic cricket from 2008-2015. Snehal also represented Odisha and Hyderabad teams and played first-class and women's T20 matches.

9. Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan

The Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah married Star Sports presenter Sanjana Ganesan in March 2021. Their relationship was a well-kept secret from the media and made headlines when their wedding pictures dropped. Sanjana Ganesan, who was previously seen in MTV Splitsvilla season 7, started her stint in cricket with KKR's show 'The Knight Club' where she interviewed not just KKR players and fans but also the owner, Shahrukh Khan. In her career as a sports broadcaster, she has covered various essential tournaments, including the ODI World Cup 2019, which was the beginning of the couple's beautiful love story.

10. Stuart Binny and Mayanti Langer

The former Indian cricketer Stuart Binny and Indian Sports journalist Mayanti Langer have been married since 2012. Binny, known for his impressive bowling figures, found his companion in the very talented and elegant Mayanti, who herself happens to be one of the most fan-favorite sports journalists.
