The term marriage means a union of two people whose common interests lead them to participate in each other lives. According to an ancient saying, a husband and a wife are the driving wheels. If one member suffers, all suffer; if one member receives an honor, all rejoice together. The same is true for cricketers. Shikhar Dhawan, an Indian opening batsman, and his wife Ayesha Mukherjee, a former Kickboxer, separated in 2021. The couples were together for eight years. Sanath Jayasuriya, a former Sri Lankan cricketer and captain, is regarded as one of the greatest players ever. He is a left-handed batsman, an orthodox spinner, and a dynamic fielder. Sanath Jayasuriya has been married three times. He was divorced to Sumudu Karunanayake, an Air Lanka Ground Hostess in 1999; Sandra De Silva, a Former Flight Attendant of Sri Lankan Air Lines in 2012, and Maleeka Sirisenage an actress in 2012. He is currently single.

4. Tillakaratne Dilshan

Tillakaratne Dilshan is a former Sri Lankan cricketer. He served as captain of the Sri Lankan national cricket team. People know him for his electric fielding, especially at backward point, but he has also worked as a wicket-keeper for Sri Lanka. Nilanka Vithanage, with whom he has a son named Resanda Tillakaratne, was his first wife. According to sources, the rift between Dilshan and Vithanage began when his wife met Sri Lankan opener Upul Tharanga, eventually it led to divorce (between 2000 and 2007), and Nilantha subsequently married Upul Tharanga. Dilshan found love again and married Manjula Thilni in 2008. Manjula is an actress and singer. The couple has three children.

5. Shoaib Malik

Shoaib Malik, is a former Pakistani cricketer, has been married two times. We got to know through sources that shortly before the announcement of his marriage to Sania in 2010, he was already married to a woman named Ayesha Siddiqui. Later, he divorced Ayesha and married his current wife, Sania Mirza, the Indian tennis queen, in 2010. The couple have a son named Izhaan Malik. After nine years of marriage, however, they divorced, and in 1996, Azharuddin married actress and model Sangeeta Bijlani. The couple had been together for 14 years before their divorce in 2010.

8. Al-Amin Hossain

Al-Amin Hossain is a Bangladeshi international cricketer. Amin Hussain married Ishrat on 26 December 2012, and the couple has two boys. He divorced his wife, Israt Jahan on 25 August 2022, for marital bitterness and immoral activities. However, his wife, Ishrat Jahan, had not received divorce papers. Yograj Singh is an Indian former cricketer and an actor. He married twice. His first marriage was to Shabnam Kaur, the daughter of the businessman. Due to differences in lifestyles and choices, the marriage did not last long, and the couple soon divorced. The couple have two sons named Yuvraj Singh and Zoravar Singh. Later, Yograj married Neena Bundhel, one of the top Punjabi actresses of the 90s.

10. Javagal Srinath

Javagal Srinath is a former Indian fast bowler highly regarded as the first accurate pacer in the Indian national team. His first marriage to Jyotsna ended in an amicable divorce in 1999. Later, he married Madhavi Patravali in 2008, a journalist in the Times of India. They held a modest wedding. Their little wedding was attended only by close relatives and friends.
