2. Steve Smith’s Tribute To Phil Hughes

The world was shocked by the untimely death of Phil Hughes. That wasn't all, though, as Australian batsman Steve Smith, who had reached a century on the second day of the first Test against India in Adelaide, paid a moving homage to slain colleague Phillip Hughes in the first Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in 2014. In honor of Hughes, who was the 408th player to play Test cricket for Australia, a huge number "408" was painted on the turf. 3. 2011 World Cup Victory

10. Philip Hughes Death

The tragedy brought the cricket community to tears. On November 27, 2014, a Test match of domestic cricket in Australia took hold, and this incident is known as the Heartbreak Incident. In the game, Philip Hughes tried to play a huge bouncer. The ball struck his neck precisely under his helmet as a result of his miss. Hughes immediately passed out and fell into a coma.
