Bowling Economy is a significant measure to determine the bowler’s performance in a game. It is the average runs given for every over bowled. The stat is commonly used alongside the bowling average to define the overall achievement of the bowler. The lower the bowling economy, the more preferable it is. An efficient bowler can ensure the team’s winning with his bowling expertise. In ODI, the bowlers with a good economy play a significant role in the team’s triumph. The formulation of ODIs dates back to the 1970s, and it is one of the three formats of Cricket to attract a large audience. The Canada Cricket Team played its first ODI on 9 June 1979. It was a 60 over match against the Pakistan Cricket Team on the ground of Leeds.
