1. Most Runs
Meg Lanning set the first record of scoring the most runs in the entire season of the 2023 IPL. She is an Australian cricketer who holds the record of scoring the most runs in the first edition of the women’s IPL. The first edition of women’s IPL took place in 2023. Meg scored 345 runs in nine matches and played with an average of 49. She played for Delhi Capitals.
2. Highest Score
At the second place we have Sophie Devine. She holds the record of setting the highest score in women’s IPL. She represents New Zealand internationally, but played for RCB in the IPL 2023. She scored 99 runs in 36 balls, making it the highest score by a woman in the IPL.
3. Most Wickets
Hayley Matthews holds the record for taking the most wickets in women’s IPL. She plays for West Indies at the international level but has played for Mumbai Indians, Barbados, and Melbourne Renegades at the domestic level. In the 2023 IPL she played ten matches and took 16 wickets. She bowled with an average of 12.
4. Most Five Wickets
Kim Garth holds the record for taking a five-wicket haul in women’s IPL. She is a right-arm medium bowler who currently plays for Australia. She played for Gujarat Titans in last year’s IPL. Garth is among the only three female bowlers to take a five-wicket haul in women’s IPL. Apart from IPL, Garth has played in women’s BBL as well.

The next record is for the best bowling strike rate. Tara Norris is a left-arm medium bowler who plays for USA. In the IPL, she played for Delhi Capitals. She played five matches and took seven wickets. Norris played very few matches in the IPL. Despite this her bowling strike rate was quite impressive in comparison to other bowlers. Meg Lanning, an Australian cricketer holds the record of scoring the boundary the maximum number of times. She played nine matches, wherein she hit the boundary four 50 times. It aided her to score the most runs in the entire season of the women’s IPL.

Marizanne Kapp holds the record for bowling the best over in women’s IPL. She is a South African cricketer who played her first international match in 2009. Kapp is a right-arm medium bowler. She played for Delhi Capitals in the 2023 IPL and took a five-wicket haul by conceding just 15 runs. The opponent team was the Gujarat Giants.

Shafali Verma set the record of having the best strike rate in the women’s IPL. She is an Indian cricketer who played for Delhi Capitals in the 2023 women’s IPL. Shafali is a right-handed batter and is one of the youngest female Indian cricketers. She played with a strike rate of 185.29.
10. Most Sixes
At the last place we have Sophie Devine. She is a Kiwi cricketer and a right-handed batter. She played eight matches for RCB in the women’s IPL.
