T20I cricket is a contemporary evolution in the existing format of cricket, and its start can be traced back to 2003 when England and Wales Cricket Board introduced it. T20I is limited to a maximum of 20 overs that involves two teams, each with an individual inning. Almost all the cricket nations throughout the globe play it. T20I cricket is supposed to have resulted in a more explosive form of cricket as it expects a high level of fitness and strength from the players in the team. Bermuda Cricket Team played its first T20I match on 3 August 2008 against Scotland at the Civil Service Cricket Club.
