The technicalities involved in test cricket have led several experts to claim that it is the most difficult format of Cricket. The game requires patience and enough skills to win the series. However, there are unfortunate instances when a team fails to score runs and thus, loses the series by a great margin. Such matches harm the team and individual player performance.

1. New Zealand VS England

This is the match where the least runs were scored. This match was played in Auckland on 25 March 1955. New Zealand batted first and scored 200 runs in the first innings and invited England to bat.
