T20I cricket is a modern progression in the existing format of cricket, and its start can be traced back to 2003 when England and Wales Cricket Board began it. T20I confines to 20 overs that include two teams, each with a single inning. Almost all the cricket nations play it. T20I cricket is supposed to have ended in a more explosive form of cricket as it exacts a high level of robustness and strength from the players in the team. The Kenya Cricket Team serves the Republic of Kenya in International Cricket. The team qualified for the 2007 T20 world cup and played its first T20I in September 2007.
