1. Lakshmipathy Balaji

The first person on this list is Indian bowler Lakshmipathy Balaji. He is a right-arm fast medium bowler. He was the first person in the IPL to get a hat-trick. It came against the Punjab Kings in 2008, while playing for CSK.

2. Amit Mishra

In the second place is an Indian spinner, Amit Mishra. He is one of the most revered bowlers in India and attained a hat-trick in the IPL against the Deccan Chargers in 2008. Here, he was playing for DC and, in fact, achieved a five-wicket haul.

3. Makhaya Ntini

Next, we have this South African bowler who became the third person in the IPL to get a hat-trick. It came against KKR in the very first season of the IPL, while he played for CSK.

4. Yuvraj Singh

Next on this list is the very popular Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh. He has played for several teams in the IPL but attained his hat-trick while playing for the Punjab Kings against RCB. It came in 2009.

5. Rohit Sharma

On the fifth position is the current Indian skipper, Rohit Sharma. All of us know him for his splendid batting skills; however, it might surprise us to know that he also holds the record for getting a hat-trick in the IPL. It came against MI while he played for the Deccan Chargers in 2009.

6. Praveen Kumar

The sixth spot is occupied by former Indian bowler Praveen Kumar. He played IPL from 2008-2017 and got his hat-trick in 2010 while playing for RCB. It came against Rajasthan Royals.

7. Amit Mishra

Seventh place in this list is again occupied by the legendary Indian spinner Amit Mishra. After becoming the second player in the IPL to take a hat-trick, he achieved this feat again in 2011 against the Punjab Kings. Here, he played fort the Deccan Chargers, and his bowling figure was 4/9.

8. Ajit Chandila

Moving on to Ajit Chnadila, who became a part of this list after taking three back-to-back wickets in the IPL in 2012. It came in the stadium of Jaipur, where he was playing for RR against Pune Warriors.

9. Sunil Narine

The penultimate spot on this list seems to be occupied by the Caribbean spinner Sunil Narine. His hat-trick came against the Punjab Kings in 2013 in Mohali. Here, he played for KKR.

10. Pravin Tambe

The last person on this list is a former Indian cricketer. He played his first IPL in 2013 at the age of 41, thereby becoming the oldest IPL debutant. He knocked down three back-to-back wickets in 2014 against KKR.
